Our mission is to transform communities through holistic wellness, financial
empowerment, and access to healthy living by bridging the gap between
mind, body, and opportunity.
Our Purpose
This Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and
nonprofit purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal
Revenue Code.
Gemini Integrated Charities transforms lives through holistic wellness, creative
arts, life changing intervention programs, and personalized mentorship. We
empower youth, children aging out of foster care, individuals facing
homelessness and hardship, veterans, and seniors in need through
workshops, performing arts, and vibrant community connections that spark
hope and lasting change.
Our Vision
We envision a future where every neighborhood has access to a dedicated
wellness hub that supports healing, growth, and opportunity for all, especially
underserved communities.

building healthy meals and understanding the connection between food and
long term health.
Planted-In "Philly" Wellness
A plant therapy and gardening initiative providing hands-on experiences with
soil, plants, and natural healing practices.
Signature Experience: Plant Mom Parties
Victory Day for Vets
Supporting veterans through planting, beautification, and community service
initiatives that give back to those who have served.
OUR Life IS ART Program
A youth development initiative that combines character building with
creative arts, including set design and performance based learning.
Participants gain real world skills that translate into both artistic and

Luxury Spa Space
A wellness experience focused on relaxation, restoration, and healing through sound therapy, magnesium treatments, and holistic practices that support
